This project aims to create a hybrid working model for Jabil IT department. Our team managed to create a proposal and present it within a few hours.

Tasks involved :

Suitable hybrid-work model for the department.
Tools to enhance collaboration and communication in remote workplace.
Issues of governance over this work model, qualification, key success factors and impact.

Our group had given solid references compared to other groups to support our findings. Unfortunately, the judges prefer attractive presentation than formal ones, which explains why we didn't win. However, it was still a great experience for us.
